With the arrival of December, 2024 is drawing to a close. Reflecting on this year, we have undoubtedly experienced numerous highs and lows, moments of joy and challenges. Throughout this period, each of us has been continuously growing, learning, and accumulating valuable experiences.
For SUNZZA, 2024 has presented new challenges, including evolving customer demands, intensified competition from peers, and market volatility. However, we seized opportunities to better serve our customers by enhancing production efficiency and meeting product demands. To achieve these goals, we established two new facilities in addition to our existing Dongguan factory. These expansions significantly increased our production capacity and warehouse space, enabling us to meet customer spot requirements more effectively.
Through the collaborative efforts of our research and development teams, we have continuously developed new products, upgraded existing molds, and independently created a variety of patented products. This year alone, we introduced over 50 new products and launched a new production line for environmentally friendly paper boxes and PP degradable lunch boxes, contributing to our commitment to environmental protection.
In addition to product upgrades, we have also prioritized employee development to better serve our customers. We conducted repeated training sessions focusing on skills, knowledge, and work attitudes to help employees adapt to job requirements and enhance overall production efficiency and competitiveness.
While 2024 has been a productive year, we recognize areas for improvement. Looking ahead to 2025, we remain committed to our mission of being customer-centric and will continue to strive for excellence. We are confident that SUNZZA will uphold its original intentions and deliver outstanding results.
